People often ask me how the system that I use the entrepreneurs marketing and selling system actually works in practice. Well, it is roughly defined into four, potentially five key stages.

The first goal is on finding out where you are now and where you want to be and more importantly finding that gap, which is where how you get to where you’re wanting to go. And this is often based around building your ideal lifestyle that will give you the gap with where you are now and where you want to be.

The second stage is we put 11 Key Foundation blocks in place for your business, and this is to make sure that essentially you do not have a leaky bucket when it comes to getting leads, following up and making sure that you are maximizing what is going to be coming in from your marketing.

The third thing is we actually fix your marketing. We look at the key three things, which is your market, so who you’re actually selling to. Your message, how you’re going to communicate with that market. And finally, your media. So what mode of communication are you going to use? Email, Facebook, LinkedIn, even paper based advertising, neighbourhood cards, and so on.

Fourth thing we do is we keep the score and we help you to determine the key figures in your business that will really move the needle if you are achieving them. And we limit this to most four, potentially five key figures, because then that can make sure that our calls and how I’m holding you to account is very well defined on just what has been done to move those things forwards.

And the last step is that once all this is in place, we then look to stabilize all the things that we’ve got in place. Once this is in place, we will then run through everything again to optimize the process. And finally, once we’ve optimised it, we will then look at what we can do to maximise the process.
